When you are confronted by police officer(s)

ON THE STREET

​

1.  You are not required to answer any incriminating question, but failing to truthfully answer simple ones will make the police suspicious and might be deemed a false arrest and etc. If CROUN not present PLEASE advice the officer(s) you want CROUN present to monitor, investigate, and document any  issues concerning your rights.

​

2. If requested, show your identification and give CROUN your Name and any information requested.

​

3. You are not required to consent to a search of your property. CROUN will be there to monitor you and your Civil Rights.

​

4. If police have reasonable suspicion that you have a weapon or illegal substance, they may do a "pat-down" to check : Don't resist. CROUN will monitor any illegal search procedure.

IN YOUR CAR

​

1. Upon request, present your driver's license, registration and proof of insurance and request for CROUN to be present for monitoring.

​

2. If you are suspected of drunk driving and refuse to take a sobriety test, the police may arrest you or seize your driver's license.

​

3. You have the right not to consent to a search of your vehicle. CROUN will be there to monitor any illegal search and procedures.

​

4. If the police state they have probable cause, they may begin to search your car without your content. Do not interfere, but clearly request the basic of the search and state your lack of consent. CROUN is there to monitor any reasonable probable cause.

​

5. If your are given a ticket, sign it, you can always fight the case in court later. CROUN will monitor the situation and documented.

IN YOUR HOME

​

1. Absent a warrant or emergency circumstances, the police don't have the right to enter your home. If the police knock at your door, you have the right to deny them entrance. Contact CROUN to be present to monitor.

​

2. If the police say they have a warrant , ask to see it and ensure CROUN  is present for monitoring before letting them enter your home.

​

3. If you are arrested in your home, the police can search you and the area around you, which usually means the room. CROUN is there to monitor any situation.

IF YOU ARE ARRESTED

​

1. Immediately state your refusal to speak to the police and make a request for CROUN to be present to monitor. CROUN will take position of your personal items into there office. Do not make any statements other than giving your name and address to the police. You have the rights to remain silent.

​

2. If you are under 18 years old, CROUN will contact your parents immediately and monitor the situation.

​

3. After you are arrested CROUN will take possession of your personal items, assist you in the opportunity to make a local phone call, know beforehand who you will call in a situation like this, and contact them. The police may not listen in on this phone call . CROUN will be on location to monitor your present.

​

4. You must be taken before a judge or magistrate. CROUN will monitor and assist you getting there within a reasonable time after being arrested or within the shortest time otherwise possible. 

​

5.  If you are arrested you can required to post bail after being arrested, you may request to have your bail lowered. CROUN will monitor court room procedure to be adequate.

 

6. Do not make any decisions until you have spoken with your attorney and CROUN will be there only to monitor and protect your Civil Rights. Do not allow the police to trick you into saying anything . Remember, the policeman can lie to get you to confess to a crime.

CROUN Agents will monitor, investigate, and document issues concerning the law, ordinances, preventing crime, and give citation to violators wherever etc.

 

    STREET PATROL

​

 CROUN will monitor, investigate, and document issues that prevent crime, take possession of all personal items from detainee that law officer have in custody, and give citation to violator wherever etc.

​

COURT ROOMS

​

 CROUN will monitor investigate, and document issues concerning courts such as judges, appointed public offenders, choosing jurors, court dates etc.

 

JAIL/PRISON

​

 CROUN will monitor, investigate, and document issues concerning inmates treatments, court dates, release date, and be concern about your prescribe prescription or medical status etc.
